SMPCP facilitates regular Community of Practice (CoP) gatherings for local service providers across our catchment. Recent activities of this group have focused on building the capacity of local services to understand and navigate the My Aged Care pathway in order to support the older people that they work with.
The meetings aim to:
- Provide an avenue for all stakeholders to discuss changes occurring in this space
- Bring together a diverse group of providers to enable robust discussion regarding changes
- Invite speakers to the enhance members' knowledge on key aspects of the work
