Prevention

As a partnership of community and primary care agencies, we work together in Prevention to deliver the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Integrated Health Promotion (IHP) Catchment Planning initiative. We aim to:

• Move towards a population health approach to health promotion program delivery
• Strengthen collaborative partnerships
• Improve the quality of integrated approaches to health promotion planning, implementation and evaluation

Our current work includes:

• Healthy eating
• Feed happiness social media campaign
